Contact a Provider Services representative at 1-877-236-1341 to address general questions, including about member eligibility and claims inquiry/status. Your assigned Provider Engagement Administrator (PEA) is your liaison with the plan who can address more specific questions.

Delaware First Health needs your help to ensure we have your most up to date information about your provider data. We have created an easy way for you to request updates to your information and ensure we receive what we need to complete your request in a timely manner. PCP CHANGE REQUEST FORM
Please use our new PCP Change Request Form to update a Primary Care Provider (PCP) listed on a member's ID card.
Portal Login
If you are a contracted Delaware First Health provider, you can register now. If you are a non-contracted provider, you will be able to register after you submit your first claim.
Once you have created an account, you can use the Delaware First Health provider portal to:
- Verify member eligibility
- Manage claims
- Manage authorizations
- View patient list
