At Delaware First Health, we want to make it easy for you to find a doctor to match your health care needs. That is why we give you three simple ways to locate a provider in our network.

Provider availability is subject to change.

If your doctor is not with us yet, let us know. We will work to get them added to our network.

An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers.

Search for In-Network Doulas using our FindHelp platform. All DHF-contracted doulas will have a label (Participating Doula Provider) to show they are in-network.
