Benefits and Services

Delaware First health is your new Medicaid plan choice!

We offer comprehensive benefits, many like you are already receiving.  In this section, you can learn about the health benefits, pharmacy services, and value added services Delaware First Health offers.

Need help understanding these benefits and services? Call us at 1-877-236-1341 (TTY: 711).    

All services must be medically necessary. Your Primary Care Provider (PCP) will work with you to make sure you get the services you need. These services must be given by your PCP or by another provider that your PCP recommends to provide services for you.

Some services may:

  • Have copays.
  • Have coverage limits.
  • Need a doctor’s order.
  • Need prior approval.
