Welcome to Delaware First Health! We’re glad you’re a member. You can count on us to provide the resources you need to care for yourself and your family.

You should receive your member ID in the mail within 10 business days of your enrollment date. It’s important for you to have your ID so you can get the medical care you need. You can also download a digital copy of your ID online with your member portal. Please also be on the lookout for welcome information and a member packet. These resources include details about your benefits and services.

Your new health insurance plan offers comprehensive medical care and benefits. It also includes valuable programs, educational tools, and support.

Your next steps with your new plan:

  1. Create an online account. You can manage your health benefits, change your primary care provider, contact a plan representative, view claims and more.
  2. Complete a Health Assessment. This is available on your online account.
  3. If pregnant, complete a Notification of Pregnancy form. This is available on your online account.
  4. Choose a provider. You can view the providers available to you on our online directory. Choose or change your provider through your online account.
