FIND A DENTIST

It’s important to find a dentist you can rely on to help you and your family’s dental health. Having a regular dentist that you can go to means they will know your health history, you can easily make appointments, and you can avoid the emergency room (ER) when you have a dental issue.

To find a dentist near you, go to DelawareFirstHealth.com and use our “Find a Provider” tool. Or call Member Services at 1-877-236-1341 (TTY: 711), Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

PRACTICE DENTAL VISIT

As a value-added benefit, Delaware First Health offers practice dental visits for adult members with special health care needs. This benefit is also available to all pediatric members. The practice visit is a chance for members to meet with their new dental team, share what they like and their concerns, and learn what happens at a dental visit before any exams or treatments take place.

NEED A RIDE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT?

Delaware Medicaid and Medical Assistance provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services. To schedule a ride, call 1-866-412-3778 (TTY: 711). Please call at least three days (72 hours) ahead of your scheduled visit.
