Member Advisory Council

You can help Delaware First Health improve the way our health plan works. Through our Member Advisory Council, we give members like you the chance to share your thoughts and ideas with us. The Council shares health education with our members. They discuss ways to focus on preventive health. The Council meets quarterly in a centrally located part of the state. There are opportunities to attend without traveling.

In addition to quarterly meetings, Delaware First Health holds two state-wide Committee meetings to ensure member issues and concerns are being addressed.

At these meetings, you can talk about the services you get, tell us how we are doing, and share your ideas on policy changes. You may also ask questions or share any concerns.

Behavioral Health Advisory Board:

Delaware First Health has formed a Behavioral Health Advisory Board. This board will discuss how we can best serve our members utilizing the behavioral health services. Health Equity Improvement Committee:

Delaware First Health has formed a Health Equity Improvement Committee. This committee will discuss how we can best serve our members by access to care issues present in our local communities.
